The Audemars PIGUET Royal Oak Offshore was created using a simple formula: taking the identity of the Royal Oak and making it more powerful. The Royal Oak Offshore has a larger case and a dial with a "Mega Tapisserie" and a magnified date display. Designed to withstand external pressure to a depth of 300 metres, the watch comprises of eight cross-through hexagonal screws solidly joining the bezel, sapphire crystal and case. The crowns are screwed down which is important for keeping water out, and the movement is protected by an anti-magnetic 'strongbox'.
Selfwinding automatic calibre 3120 movement with a 60 hour power reserve made up of 280 parts and 40 jewels. Internally rotating bezel operated by turning the crown at the 10 o'clock position. 60-minute scale on inner flange capable of making dive time calculations. Date display at 3 o'clock.

I have removed the numbers using photo
editing software, but these numbers are a unique case number at 12
o’clock starting with a character from the alphabet and a sequential
number at 6 o’clock. This particular model starts with an H, and should
say something about the production year. However, this information is
not disclosed by AP. The other number is the sequential number and is
linked to the model reference.
Like
all other AP Royal Oak models, this Offshore Diver comes in a very nice
looking wooden box with a small compartment in the carton box for the
manual and warranty booklet.
